TUNE'S POOL SERVICE

He is my pool person for 30 years.  Bob Tune is the owner of this company.  He is excellent.  He is awesome and he has done everything.  This is my second pool cover.  He put in the new heater, and he just takes care of my pool.  I trust him which is important.  He has the key to my backyard gate and I don’t worry when he comes and I know that the work is done and I don’t have to worry about it.  He is trustworthy, he does the job and I never worry.  I just trust him completely.

I have had awesome experiences with them.  They have been amazing.  They are a little pricey, but they are reliable.  When I had something broken they had someone out immediately.

The two men came to my house as told on the phone. They closed up my pool and blew out the lines and filled with antifreeze as you normally would. The only problem I had with them is, in the spring when I went out to start my pool up, all my sand in my filter was laying all over the ground. They took the cap off of the filter to drain the water but did not replace it. This doesn't sound like much but when sand is $9.00 a bag and you need 8 bags and each bag weighs approx. 60-70 lbs and you have to carry each one about 60 yards and then take your filter totally apart to replace it, and your semi handicapped, it tends to be a big deal. So I called them back and asked them "Why didn't you replace the cap" They responded by saying "We must have forgot". So I said "Don't you think you need to make things right" meaning they should come out and replace my sand for me. They said "We can't do that". And so I said now you understand why I can't trust you to come out and work on my pool anymore, and they were ok with that. WOW!
