Russ Ravary is an amazing realtor. He went above and beyond to the the sale done. He was prompt, always reachable by phone and email and very responsive. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him
"I did a tax review for him to try to lower his taxes. I do this as a community service. Angies's List collects $35 and keeps all of it. I just try to help people lower their taxes if possible and make $0 on it. I drive by the home, review public records, and past sales history of the subject home. I reviewed every sold home in his area and could not find any homes that sold recently that were lower than his. There was no written or physical proof that he or I could provide to the tax review board to lower his taxes. I can't make up sold homes that are lower just to be fraudulent. The city would know that right away. I told him that at this time there was no supporting homes to get his taxes lowered., and that his home was worth more than he paid for it. Like he said he didn't like that answer so he gave me a "d" rating because there was no way to lower his taxes."
Selling my home. He met with me at my old home to review the paper work and decide on a good selling price. He put my home on the market the Following Monday and but Friday I had an offer. But the following Friday I was signing the papers to sell my home.
Purchasing new home. He met with my family and we discuss what price arrange, footage, type of home and other wants we were looking for. By the evening he begun sending us homes to view and rank on his website. By the next day using our ranking he was able to arranged multiple home viewings. No luck but Russ never let up. Even through we could have been a little picky. No matter how many home we want to see he was always able to schedule viewing around my family busy schedule. A few weeks went pass, and one day Russ call up and said I have a home for you to view. We went to view the home and I am proud to say that we been living is this home since August. I think Russ is very professional and responsive. And I will refer him to friends & family.
Gave great suggestions on how to help sell the house and kept reassuring me the process would go well.
He was right in less than a week I had 5 offers and had sold the house.
