 + -1 moreTurned out that my nuetral wire was dead. Jon searched and could not find source of break. He said in his experience if he could not find source of trouble within an hour he would run a new line from breaker box. Since I live in an older lake home this is the route we took. It turned out my original electrical outlet was not up to code to begin with. He installed a new line from breaker box to code , put the unused wires in a elecrical box in wall. I was very happy with the work and the outcome.
Description of Work: Provider was busy but referred me to an associate Jackson Electric. Jon Jackson got back to me, came out and figured out what the problem was that I was Having. He had to make a return visit but got me back up and to code and did it for price he quoted. He was friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend him to anyone with no reservations.
