Troy came out to do an initial quote in late July and provided a prompt quote. While gathering additional quotes, Troy stayed in contact to check in from time to time. As time went on, the scope of what we decided to do with the spaces needing remediation expanded, and Troy was extremely patient and understanding, happy to give us time to do some demo work ourselves that we determined would be beneficial to fully remediating the problem. Troy came out a 2nd time to requote once the bulk of the demo work was done, even giving suggestions this time as to how any remaining demo work could be made easier. The contracts Troy provided each time were detailed, professional, and gave a clear break down of all aspects of work to be done, unlike some of the other quotes I'd received. Once the contract was signed and work began, Troy's crew was on time, professional, courteous, and efficient. The job was wrapped up in the time quoted, and the work site was clean upon completion. The cost of the services came in at less than nearly all the others who had quoted us. I would definitely hire Troy again and would highly recommend him to anyone experiencing mold issues.

Everything went extremely well.

I was rehabbing a property that tested positive for Toxic Mold. After meeting with multiple remediation companies I chose Clean Air Contracting and Remediation and was very happy I did. Troy and his entire team were great. He was prompt and dependable, his price was reasonable, he called me almost every day with status updates, and patiently educated me and answered my numerous questions. He went above and beyond by snow blowing the long driveway – multiple times - even before he needed the room for the dumpster and extra parking for his team. The members of his team were really nice and knowledgeable and worked very quickly. After the remediation the house passed the follow-up mold test the first time. I strongly recommend them.

Todd and his crew were professional in every aspect. Todd returned phone calls promptly, showed up when he said he was going to and provided the services he said he would. He was the least expensive of three companies I received estimates from. I would recommend him and his crew without reservation.

Clean Air was very professional. Troy gave me an estimate for the work and I paid for the work. The estimate was reasonable. There were no hidden charges. I liked that they took care to lay drop cloths and rugs from the front door all the way to the attic.
