⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks to Doug from Hines Heating & Cooling LLC for the excellent customer service. After almost 2 weeks of my air conditioning not working because of a furnace situation, Doug solved my problem within a couple of minutes. My house is nice and cool again thanks to Doug.

First off, Doug knows exactly what he is doing. And he has no problem explaining it all in a way that anyone can understand. Our furnace and AC was installed a few years ago by a local large company. Our upstairs was immediately an issue in both the summer and winter. We called the same company back out and they said there was nothing that could be done. "It must be an insulation problem" was the answer. It got to the point where we needed to put space heaters in the kids' bedrooms (a horrible idea) or sleep in the basement on hot days in the summer. I then called Hines Heating and Cooling and Doug immediately realized that our system wasn't getting enough air. He redid the intake ductwork to allow more air into the system and it's been a massive improvement. The house heats and cools now the way it should. I wish I had Doug install our system in the first place. There is a reason that he has so many good reviews. Call Hines Heating and Cooling with full confidence.

Doug Hines is a pro's pro. Replaced my humidifier with a better location for proper flow and power washed the fan. The fan cleaning freaked my wife out because she didn't hear the motor running anymore. Don't think twice, call Doug.

Doug was very thorough and professional He arrived on time and with all the proper expertise to nail it I have lived in the house for 7 years and have had my ducts cleaned recently by another company however Doug suggested a blower cleaning and after he did my vents are blowing 50% harder than they ever have making the rooms that struggled to be warm much warmer in these sub zero temps

I needed a new furnace, the addition of a/c, and a new hot water tank installed. I am very particular and normally do things myself because I want it done right.
