Peggy was unable to come on 2 occasions due to the severity of the winter. She continued to call until she was able to schedule a convenient date. She did an excellent, thorough job!

The service provider informed us she does not do blinds, therefore we would like a refund.

"I apologize for the confusion. Blinds are done with a feather duster during a cleaning. Blinds to be hand-washed is charged by the hour when a client request."

Very easy scheduling with her. She did all we asked her to do plus some extra cleaning she saw that needed to be done.

Overall, this was a mixed experience. She was great at vacuuming and dusting, but didn't clean my bathrooms at all. Ultimately, I think we had different concepts of the scope and thoroughness of the cleaning for the Deal. Although she was a little bit late, she also called and let me know. Again, the areas she did clean were very good. However, in the end I wasn't incredibly pleased to pay $150 for 4 hours of incomplete work.

It turned out well. She's very thorough ad she tried really well. I would say that she did a perfect job. She has a good price but the quality was not very good.

She was very responsive to contact me and set an appointment. She arrived promptly on the day of service and did a good job cleaning. Her vacuum had broken down prior to my appointment, so she used mine. Otherwise, everything went well.

Peggy and her staff did an excellent job. Due to weather problems she was unable to make the scheduled appointment but she continued to work with us until we could make a convenient appointment. She was prompt, efficient and did an excellent job. I would recommend her to anyone and hope to use her services again.

I have a 5,800 square foot home and I knew it was under payment for what they were going to do. I had given her a list of everything that needed to be done to each room and some things were missed. We went over the list before and after the appointment of the things I wanted done. I was not sure if they were interrupted or forgot. My husband was a little upset with the service and how little they did. It did take a little time for her to get in touch with me to schedule the appointment. However, I felt the work they did was fair for what I paid and they went above and beyond in some places. I thought they were very kind and nice to work with as well.

She worked hard, showed up early and did a nice job. My only other observation was that she seemed a bit nervous for someone who runs her own business. I was pleased with the outcome although I'm not used to paying quite that much per hour, but I'm new to this area so had nothing to compare. I can't afford weekly or bi weekly cleaning at that price, but would consider having her come once a month,defnitely.

Peggy and her employee cleaned my very large home. Due to the size I asked them to focus on certain areas. They followed my requests. They were courteous and did an excellent job. Peggy understood I had an upcoming surgery and did a good job in helping me get my home in order. She also came out after my surgery to clean again. Great personal service!|
