My neighbor used them too. They actually cleaned out the duct and left a few holes open. I called six months later when I discovered it, the owner was not in to talk to and they could not come out and give me a couple plugs or help me pick a couple of plugs up. They were reasonable, responsive, and on time, but they did not follow through on plugging the duct and when I called I never got a call back. They left stuff behind and did not finish the job right. I had issues with our basement getting watered this past rainy season so I need to get my ducts cleaned and make sure I do not get molds in there.
