D & B Mechanical

It was good. They've do plumbing and they've been out for my furnace too. They do a little bit of everything.

Could have been quicker and cheaper, although the speed was not their fault...They replaced a very good furnace that had lasted over 40 years with some cheap piece of ***, again not sure that was their fault either but...their technicians were very nice, friendly, quick, on time and seemed knowledgeable...so over all good experience with D&B

Oh, where to start?  It was a horrible winter, and I woke up to frozen pipes one morning.  In the process of trying to thaw them out, one of the copper elbows blew out and began pulsating water all over the furnace, which was directly next to the pipes in question.  I turned off the water, and then realized that the furnace was no longer working.  I had heard very good things about D and B Mechanical, so I decided to call to see if they could possibly squeeze me in that day.  Not only did they, but Bill, the owner, worked on helping me with the frozen pipes and the furnace.  He was there for over an hour, went back to his shop to get the right gas valve for the furnace (which had been completely drenched by the water), and got me back in heat that night.  He came back the next morning and helped with the pipes (which needed to thaw out a little bit more overnight.)  Great service.  Quality work.  Conscientious owner.  Win, win, win.  :)
