WIND SURF & SAIL POOLS INC

Description of Work: I have been dealing with Wind Surf and Sail for approx. 15 years now they used to be over on Garfield and have gotten worse and worse every year. When you go in to have your water tested the girls could care less about what problems your having and also really do not have knowledge about the reason you are having problems. They are more about getting you in and out and SPENDING money with them more then anything. I have had no water problems for the last 4 years, but this year had one problem after another. Spent over $300.00 on chemicals in 3 weeks and the water just kept having 1 problem after another, they would just sell me more items and more items with no result....All my issuse was is cloudy water. I finally left there building one day drove down the street to another pool place and within 3 days my pool was clear and have not had problem since. On the other side I also have dealt with Kathy the Co-Owner and I feel she really is just about the buck. My friend had them open their pool (this has happened to 2 people I know) and the helpers can't speak english and came out and started things up, they blew a part on her system and refused to replace. EVEN though they open and close it....never ever would think of listening to what my friend had a lic. contractor come out and confirm they hooked something up wrong but still Kathy would not listen and said not their fault. So I would not recommend or spend any money at the place of business. I also had a service problem during the beginning of the year they called me 2 weeks after I called to finally come out, I already had someone else fix it. If we all stop using maybe they will get back to customer service and hit them were they care about most the money in their pocket.
