Meh. First, Angie's list here has OUT OF DATE information. The firm is Integrity Window Repair, Inc., 42728 Mound Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48314-3254 according to their invoice/estimate form. According to the Michigan Secretary of State, their is no incorporated firm by that name, and no out of state corporation so registered. There is no corporation or LLC registered as Weathervane Window Repair either, present or dissolved. Based on a recommendation from our HOA President, I hired these guys. They said the right things, had a sophisticated quote system using an iPad, pictures and detailed quote system. The work they did was fine--perhaps a bit costly, but fine. However, in the initial quote they forgot some things, ordered the wrong door parts on other, and missed some areas needed repair. That's when it got annoying. I started the first quote with them in April of 2017, and it was October 30 when they finally installed the last of the missing parts. It was at that time we quoted one final repair (one they missed) and for which they took their 25% deposit. I have not heard from them since. They don't call when they don't come, they don't respond to messages, or emails. It's been 7 months since that quote and they still have not responded. This was just one small component of an otherwise larger job, but nonetheless this is unprofessional. I called in another guy, and in 2 weeks, they came, ordered additional glass, and finished their project. Still no word from Integrity; and I'm now trying to get my deposit back.
