It went very well. I ordered the service before my trip, and I was provided a phone number for the driver, so that I could call once my plane landed back in Detroit. He then came to the baggage area, and was able to pick me up almost directly in front of the door I exited. One other passenger was in the van as well, and the only negative was he got taken home first! (logistics dictated that decision) The driver was courteous and professional, and got me home in a safe and timely manner.
The Vandy's Express folks are very pleasant to deal with, and I would use them again, if needed.

They are very good and very timely. They take you right to the door. It's really nice. The price, quality, and professionalism are great. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
