He did a great job.  He is really excellent.  We have recommended him a number of times.  He really does a good job.  He is very reasonable.  He is very easy to work with.  He is a great guy and it?s a really good company.

We used Mike last year for a bathroom renovation and when it came time to do our basement remodel we knew exactly who to call! He is so honest, timely, and good natured. His pricing is always very reasonable - if he is available to do your work I would highly recommend him!

Mike came well recommended from a friend who had previously hired him and he did not disappoint! Genuine and honest man who does his very best with any job he takes on. Also, I received several estimates and Mike's was the best priced-very reasonable with the compensation he is asking for. Another thing is that, he teaches in a contracting trade school so you know he is up to date with requirements and isnt going to cut corners!

We had an emergency situation where the tile was crumbling due to a long term water leak behind the wall. I called 4 different contractors and Mike was the only one who knew the importance of looking at the situation. He came that same evening, evaluated and gave a price on the spot. He provided us with a list of material which we ordered on line and Mike picked up himself and brought with him. After the end of everyday, Mike showed us his progress and picked up before he left. Except for the beautiful new tile work we never knew a contractor was there. Mike is obviously a very gifted and knowledgeable contractor. In fact we will be using him in the near future for another project.

Mike Tyco, the owner, did a fantastic job from start to finish. His quote was the best of five firms we approached. Mike and his roofing partners, Andy and Caleb, showed up on time and performed their work professionally. The quote included hauling away all the old material and cleaning up after the job was finished. We were 100% satisfied with Mike and his partners. They were polite, friendly, and had no negative attitude about answering any questions we had. The final price was exactly as quoted. We got Mike's contact information from a friend of ours who recommended his services. We certainly would recommend Tyco to our friends as well. We plan to use Tyco for future remodeling needs.

Approached Mike, the owner, at a local coffee shop after seeing his truck. Asked about having a wall framed and drywall installed in my basement. Mike was punctual and did an excellent job. His price was competitive and everything went well. I plan on having him repair my deck in the spring. I would recommend Tyco Construction without reservation.
