Ken Cole started Special Comfort Heating and Cooling in 2004 to provide a more personel and flexable customer experience. Special Comfort is not restricted by one brand of equipment to install. We can customize an installation fit a customers needs and budget. You can count on a fast service repair or replacement. After 40 years in the HVAC business, Ken can do it all.We do the work ourselves with no subcontractors.

My dad had a new furnace installed by these guys, and they neglected to install a water feed line to the furnace humidifier. After forcing them to return and finish the job, they elected to use a vinyl hose to connect to a hot water line rather than copper. While away at their place in Florida, the vinyl hose burst and sprayed water on their furnace continuously for the better part of three months, turning their house into a greenhouse habitat for mold growth. The basement had to be gutted down to the studs, and a Mold Remediation company was called in to deep-clean all three floors of the house. After the insurance company "settled", my parents were out over $40,000 in uncoverable expenses. Not good, not trustworthy - stay away!

His prices are not the cheapest around - but they are fair.  And frankly, I think it's one of those situations where you get what you pay for.  Ken has been in this business for more than 30 years.  He's a family man with lots of integrity.  I'd recommend him to anyone.
