They did an amazing job. They cleaned up after themselves every night before they left. The workers were polite and showed up on-time every day. I'm thrilled with the job they did and thrilled with the flooring. I'm very, very happy with the quality of the work and I just love my new flooring.

I engaged Ron's Carpet through Costco. From start to finish, this company did an outstanding job. The crew, Kevin, Joe and Mike, were engaging,, professional and thorough. They installed carpeting on the steps and our second level. I highly recommend them. You also get the benefit of Costco's backing and a Costco card upon completion.

The salesman that came to the house had samples to choose from and made some good recommendations that helped to make our decision.  Once the carpet arrived, a two day appointment was set up.  The installers were prompt, exceptionally professional and skilled at what they were doing.  I was especially impressed by their ability to carpet the "birdcage" stairway.  It was time consuming, but the results look spectacular.  I would definitely call Ron's again for any future flooring needs.

We contacted Costco about the Shaw carpet that they carry and were then contacted by Ron's carpets who is the local contractor for Costco/Shaw carpet. This is a family run business and I had the pleasure of speaking with Gail, Derek and Ron on separate occasions. Gail set up our consultation and Derek came to our home and measured and helped us select the right carpet for us. The installers arrived on the appointed day and quickly got to work. They were very professional and did a great job. I spoke with Ron a few days after the carpet was installed. The carpet we selected is very plush and we wanted to make sure we used the right type of vacuum so as not to damage it. Ron recommended a vacuum and store where we could purchase what we needed for our floor. We're very happy with the carpet and would definitely recommend Ron's Carpet.

Ron's Carpeting installed my neighbor's carpeting in my unit and my carpeting in hers. Instead of replacing the carpeting, he switched them. The condos are mirror images so the floor plan was different. The carpeting had to be stretched and pieced in my unit and there are seams in places where they would not be with a new installation.

There were gaping holes in the closet, around the doorwall, and at the bedroom door. I had to have them stretch the carpeting twice to fill the hole by the bedroom door and it still frays to this day.

There was also what I can only describe as a ramp to the threshold of the bathroom door. Ron explained that it was installed this way so I would not trip going into the bathroom. Meanwhile, I could step on the ramp and feel it give way. He reluctantly fixed it.

In addition, Ron's Carpeting installed the hardwood flooring in my unit. It was buckled, scratched, nicked and split in many places. Many boards were cut short so that gaping holes showed after the shoe molding was installed. The buckling in the foyer turned out to be caused by a nail over which the board had been placed. There was also buckling in the second bedroom.

After much discussion, he agreed to have it replaced. This took 1 day to tear it out and 13 days to replace it.

All my furniture had to be moved to the garage during the work. The workers were there at 8am most of the days that they worked. It was obvious that they were not happy about having to replace the floor since one of them had installed it. Both thought it was acceptable as it had been installed.

The carpet was very good. They were tied to the Costco so they had to get to the bottom to the Costoco. ?They did a very good and clean job.

We found Ron Carpet and Design through Costco. We thought for sure this would be some group of different carpet people that would bid low for Costco and you wouldn't have the same person each time you would call. Instead.... This has been a family owned company for years. The father and mother still work there, and now the son is pretty much in charge, Derek. He is a great guy and got right back with us as soon as I had called. We went to the store to see more samples but he comes to your house with samples if you want. We chose our carpet and when Mike did the install we noticed that the color was wrong even though the pattern was right. They handled the whole thing wonderfully, and within a couple more weeks had the carpet we wanted. It actually worked out better for us cause we had a new door wall being installed in that room and was better to have the new carpet installed after and not before. Just so you know, Costco gives you 100.00 gift card for each room of carpet you buy from them, good deal! We are getting our upstairs play room done also and have already paid for the new carpet from Ron's. Just waiting until we have finished with our downstairs projects. They are storing our carpet there for us until we can get that room ready. They will help you with your choices, work with your time frame, and were just down right pleasant to work with! Mike was a great carpet installer and would highly recommend him.

The salesman came to our house to show us the carpet samples and explain the differences. The installer's from Ron's moved very large teak units without incident outdoors and back. They removed our old carpeting and cleaned the floor underneath. They installed new padding and carpet. The carpet was laid and I can not tell where the seams are. My schedule is tough to manage and they worked around it. The entire experience was a pleasure

I recently used Ron's Carpet for a carpet repair. ?Ron, the owner, did the repair. ?I am very picky and he did an excellent job. ?I have also used Ron's carpet to do all my carpet and wood flooring in two homes in the past 20 years. ?I would use them again. ?They only sell good quality products, so their prices are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. ?They have their own installers who do an outstanding job. ?It's a family business and you get treated like you are important.

The incorrect carpet was installed. After bringing it to the attention of the builder, the incorrect carpet was removed (then reinstalled in another unit) and the correct carpet was installed after being removed from another unit (of a different configuration) where it had been incorrectly installed. Carpet had to be restretched and reseamed to fit. They claim it is and quot;newand quot; carpet and refused to replace it. During the course of meeting with and quot;Ronand quot; of Ron's Carpet, I found him to be very loud, somewhat out of control and very condesending to me as a woman. At one point, when he put his hands on my shoulders I let him have it verbally. A very unpleasant experience.
The hardwood flooring was delivered to the site and installed without allowing it to acclimate to the temperature and humidity level of the installation location. Only time will tell how much of an impact this will have. To date, I have two cracked boards. Also, it appears that liberal use of caulk to hide any of those pesky installation errors is also a perfectly acceptable installation technique. I have been told by Ron's that I had the good sub-contractor do my floor. My neighbor didn't and she is fighting to have the entire floor replaced.

Very well. I picked out several samples in the store. Ron showed up with the samples to measure and make a final decision on which carpet to install. Ron very helpful with the decision, noting future wear of carpet, coordination of colors with existing decor. Crew showed up within prearranged time. Went right to work and kept working until done. One of the gentlemen had to use a cell phone and excused himself and went outside. Cleaned up after themselves took old carpet to dumpster, and ran the broom around to get the fibers that were cut during in the instillation. Looks beautiful. Matched up the pattern in the weave very nicely. We never discussed padding but they used a nice quality-can fill a nice give when climbing the stairs, nice surprise.
