Rocking M Improvements went ABOVE and BEYOND to make our custom install a wonderful experience! Derek took special care to make sure our new front door functioned properly, and went out of his way to retrofit our custom hardware onto a pre-bored stock door to give it a totally unique look. The team's attention to detail was amazing, and the extra care they took to make sure everything was just right is unmatched! Communication was always easy and straightforward.

I hired them for several reasons: 1) Derek had excellent reviews on Angi's List, 2) his demeanor was kind, calming, and professional, and 3) the quoted price was reasonable even in this market where everything is overpriced. Derek and his crew were all very kind and professional throughout the work being done. They came across a few unexpected extras that they took care of. Derek took the time to explain everything to me so that I would understand the entire job. He even was kind enough to take a look at a separate issue inside the house and offer advise as how to proceed. I would not hesitate to hire Rocking M Improvements again and will recommend them to friends and family needing home improvement help.

It went very well. Derek listened to my design that I wanted and put a design in that looks beautiful. He kept me informed during the installation and answered all my concerns. There were some difficulties that came up during the installation which the crew handled very well. My neighbors and folks walking down my street have given me many compliments on my new patio. I look forward to Derek and his crew doing more work for me this coming summer.

They could not get the tile off. Sprayed a chemical came back the next day. Removed some tile and removed the sink. Looks pretty bad in the basement but minimal reqd tile removed.

Everything went very well. Derek has to come up with some creative designs to repair rotted wood holding up a wall and some flooring in our bedroom. He and his crew did a great job making it all look good, isafe, and displaying a great work ethic, I would definitely contact them again for any future projects.

Derek and his team were punctual, professional and courteous. I’ve been restoring a 1940 farmhouse for over a year and a half and have come across many handymen. These guys are some of the best. Very easy to work with. Even though this type of railing system was new to them and my un-level lowered ceiling provided some challenges, Derek and team were able to think through the problems and come up with solutions to make the barn door work beautifully. These are fine young men with smarts about them. Hard to find. They are gems. I will be hiring them again for other projects.
