Description of Work: Wanted an estimate on a privacy fence for backyard. Called 3 times over the last 21 days (same lady answered phone all three times), I was told that "Tom" handles my area and would call me back in order to set up an appointment for measurements and an estimate...but it never happened. I have not had this issue with any of the other fencing companies that I have called for an estimate

+ 0 moreEverything went well. The fence is beautiful. Even though they weren't the cheapest quote we got, they were the best option. They offered the best materials of the highest quality. All of the workers were professional and friendly. They were good people to interact with. If they had even the most simple question of preference for us, they asked instead of just slapping the fence up. They did a great job.
Description of Work: They replaced my fence on both sides of my yard, including a gate with a cedar shadow-box, scallop-topped fence with decorative topped posts.

+ -1 moreEverything went well. The fence is of great quality. All of the white cedar comes from Alpena, MI and constructed by Reliable Fence. Everyone on the job was very friendly and respectful. I couldn't ask for a more quality job. The only issue I had was that I had to be a little forceful when it came to working out a timeline of the events that needed to happen (coming out for an estimate, getting a permit, setting an install date). I gave them the benefit of the doubt and stayed patient as I knew they were busy with other jobs. In total, I waited about a month from the estimate until the time that the fence was installed. My wife and I were just excited to get the fence up because of an annoying dog next door. They always say, "Good things come to those who wait". This was definitely true with Reliable Fence. Before I hired Reliable Fence to do the job, I went around the neighborhood looking at the different fences. There were a few companies that stood out to me. Of the companies I researched and called for estimates, all of the companies were in the same ballpark in terms of price. Reliable was on the higher end of price, but they definitely had a superior product in comparison to some of the other companies.
Description of Work: I had a cedar 6 foot shadow box fence installed on both sides of my yard.

Description of Work: Pieces for replacing three 4x4x7 and one 4x9 Ceder post. Straighten one post and clean up the rest of the fence.
