Matt did a great job setting expectations and walking us through the project. He educated us on why he was doing certain things and always communicated if anything needed to be changed. We will be calling him again for future needs.

Matt was hired to complete dry wall - sub floor repair due to a water leak. Most important upon inspection by flooring installer sub floor repair not done correctly. Some type of filler used instead of cutting out damage wood, work delayed in order for another company to be hired to complete work properly. Family problems continued to be an issue, constantly cancelled, work not completed, and I'm working on completing myself in my none spare time. I'm a full time caregiver of a spouse with dementia all while working full-time. I make it to work, make up missing time, and full fill obligations. Work subpar, would not recommend.

The issues with trying to set a date to have this project done. The initial date that I set in December, was cancelled by me due to a bed bug issue I had. Then when we tried to schedule in January, he was sick for 2 weeks with the flu. Then we had a date set for February, but the first day he is parents had car trouble and then the next day he had car trouble. So we scheduled again, and he said it was raining and he could not cut wood in the rain. I offered for him to use my garage, but he said it would be too messy. And it actually rained only for one hour in the early morning and then was a sunny day after that. I was totally frustrated at this point and cancelled the project. He offered a refund and took almost a month for him to send a refund check.

Not only did the contractor replace the storm door closer, but he objectively assessed my concerns, and replaced it with a unit that will ensure that the problem will not reoccur. Matt was on time, helpful and very professional. Any doubts I had about using Home/Advisor were resolved. I would recommend this company for a broad range of home projects.

Matt was always on time. The one time he couldn t make it he contacted me immediately to let me know. Work site was always clean when Matt was done for the day. I ll for sure be using this business again for my repairs.

After a year delay in giving estimate and never showing up. He finally called and wanted to do the work. I gave him an advance and he promised to finish the work within week but then decided to wait until the weather gets better. In April 2019, I called him to do the work. He never called me. I filed a complain with the Fraud divisions of the Michigan Attorney General, the Prosecutor of McComb county and the HomeAdvisor. When he received a copy of the complaint letter, he returned my money. I will never given an advance to any professional. Unfortunately, I did not check the BBB website. He is not listed with BBB.

Matt is a great Home repair person. He gets the job done right the first time and is very great to work with. He is going to be my source for all my future home repairs. I'm going to hire him next to upgrade my fireplace and bathroom.

Prompt, friendly and did exactly what we asked them to do in a timely manner.

Matt was very friendly on the phone. I had a sliding door tune up on a pella door which took about 15 minutes. Nothing was really different after the tune up. I asked about a kitchen window replacement which he measured and its been a week and I haven't heard back at all.

Matt is very friendly, accommodating and does great work. I've already asked him to give me a quote on some additional work at the house.

Matt connected with me right away and arranged to begin the project promptly. He was on time, brought all his own tools and supplies. He worked quickly and answered all my questions. He did a very nice job and I am very pleased. His prices are very reasonable. He is returning in a couple of weeks to tackle a few more of my projects.
