I took my cat in a few weeks back for a quality of life check. They gave her medicines for pain. Today I had to take her in for an emergency visit. Apparently one of the medicines they prescribed to her should be given to dogs and not cats....(so I was told by staff) I paid $395-basically for their mistake AND I got home and they left the IV in!!!!!!!!! I am so mad-I will be giving them a call tomorrow.- but why wait! They responded on Facebook and said I was supposed to “bring her back in tomorrow for medicines” They could have kept her overnight by the way. I picked her up right before closing. Also, her IV was for fluids and NOT medicine. They can’t even take ownership for their mistakes!

Vet gets on floor with our dog at her exam, as she is old and too big to get onto the exam table! Everyone has been awesome with her and our last dog--both were/are terrified of the vet's office. Dog did well with procedure and was stable when picked up. Have taken all animals--cats and dogs to Patterson's for many, many years for excellent veterinary care! Super excited that they now take Care Credit!!!

The staff at this clinic is very caring and accomidating. We had to put our dog to sleep and they were wonderful. In what could have been a tramatic experience, they handled with caring for my dog and for us. They have been wonderful since my dog got sick and always called back and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Very special people!

I saw some good reviews and decided to try them out. The procedure was rough and my dog was uncomfortable for considerably longer than expected.
I went there two times in case the first visit was a fluke but I wasn't pleased either time. Staff not very friendly.

Very well. I was given options for his treatment and chose the one the vet recommended if it was her dog. I am so pleased with Patterson that I travel over 10 miles from Grosse Pointe to go there (I used to live much closer). There are many vets closer but I want the best treatment for my dog.
The year built is the year Patterson's was founded.

We highly recommend this Veterinary office to everyone.

The girls in there are very nice. The overall experience was excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this service again.

I am happy with them. They took good care of him and have good followup. I was very pleased. Their prices are reasonable. I use them because they are close-by and my cat doesn't like to travel. The vets are okay. They are average. I have used other vets that I have liked better but I have an animal that doesn't like to travel. For my overall experience I would give them an and lsquo;A'. I didn't have any problems. I would use them again in the future.
