I specifically asked who would do the painting, he answered himself. Although he actually hired college students and oilfield workers who needed extra work. Said he would return to caulk (after the painting is done?) which he never did. I could have gone and hired some college student for a lot less money than I paid, expecting to be hiring a professional painter. Honesty is always the best policy. Poor business practice to lie to client.
