Mr Electric was contacted, came out to our home July 10th Charged $236 for Diagnosis Said it was a mechanical problem, ordered the part Another week goes by, put the part in, Wrong part, not the problem ( Kurt-- says) Orders another part, wait another week Guess what, again WRONG Now he says it's the Motherboard He will have the Part overnighted , if he can't , he will call me first thing in the morning A week later, no call no response, no text back from him We are done, no more business from us! Very very unprofessional Do Not use this company

One of my wired smoke and co detectors was chirping due to a low battery. I called late one afternoon and an appointment was scheduled for the following morning. The technician was on time. He informed us that the detector in question should be replaced with a smoke detector only since carbon monoxide detectors in the ceiling were no longer code. He also said we should replace our 3 other smoke detectors since they were networked together.The technician left the estimate for our decision. Since the old detectors were 8 years old, we decided to go ahead with the job. About three weeks later the job was completed. Everything went fine but the price seemed to be a little high in my opinion. The work was completed in about 30 minutes.

Craig was courteous and punctual. The price he quoted appeared to be reasonable for the work involved. I paid an additional $89.50 to become a Gold Plan customer, as I had additional work I might want to have completed in the future. On 11/13/18, the city inspector told me that the circuit panel and outlet were fine, but gave me a list of several items that needed to be addressed before he would approve the job, including the grounding of the circuit panel. I contacted Mr. Electric on 11/14/18, 11/19/18 and 11/26/18 to schedule an appointment to have the additional work completed. They never called back. It would be great if they would at least reimburse me for the $89.50 membership fee, but I am not holding my breath. I am currently looking for a new electrician to finish the job.

Kurt came right over was prompt and thorough he explained everything that needed doing and that he did he inspected the house and told us what was ok and what needed doing price was fair work was professional we would definitely hire again

Love the automatic emails confirming appointments, sending detailed estimates, and letting me know when the electrician is in the way. My job wasn’t all that complex, but my electrician offered a few different ways to accomplish what I wanted with clear descriptions of the advantages and cost differences of the options. On the day of when a small change was necessary it was clearly communicated. Ultimately I got what I wanted and more at a price I felt was fair.

Craig came and conducted a home electric safety check. He's very professional and friendly. He completed work efficiently and answered all our questions. He gave us suggestions but we did not feel any push on sale more than we need. He gained our trust and we will hire him again in the future.

I had water flowing out of my circuit breaker during storms. Mr. Electric came and reviewed my breaker and wiring and found that it needed to be replaced. The tech was very friendly & professional, and replaced my circuit breaker, in addition to replacing my all of the wiring on the outside of the house. There was water coming in through the main line via the meter and he replaced it all and sealed everything. It's been two years and I haven't seen one drop of water and have had no issues.
