+ 1 moreThis company is a joke. I was impressed at the initial meeting with Robert Reynolds, but once the pool process started it all changed. My pool was started on May 2nd and is still not finished (June 20, 2011). On May 2nd, the excavator contractor was onsite at 7 am and Bob did not show up with the plans until after 10:30. Bob was demanding for all the money up front and hasn't completed anything. I had to hire my own concrete company to finish the pool, my own fence company to fence the pool. My pool pump burned up because his company left the pump on without any water running through it. I am currently in the process of finding a new pool pump. Bob will not return my phone calls. He is very unprofessional.
Description of Work: I wanted to have a pool put in my backyard.
