Description of Work: They installed a brand new 5 ton system about a month ago to my business. They do a annual service for the system and they come out at least 2 times a year.

+ -1 moreI tried to make an appointment at a time when both my husband and I could be available. I was told that if i was willing to pay the servicemans overtime that could be arranged. So instead, we made an appointment between 4 and 5 pm. My husband took off work to be available, as this was to be a big decision, as far as replacing a furnace. The service man did not show up on time nor did anyone call. I called and was told it would be another 1 to 2 hours. He arrived at 7:15 pm. Dealing with the office personal was not a good experience either from making the appointment to relaying my complaint afterward. Overall, it was very dissapointing.
Description of Work: They checked on the condition of the furnace, there was a crack found in the heat exchanger.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. THEIR PRODUCTS WERE OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. THEY CLEANED UP ANY MESSES THEY MADE, TOO. I THINK THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
