I tried to make an appointment at a time when both my husband and I could be available. I was told that if i was willing to pay the servicemans overtime that could be arranged. So instead, we made an appointment between 4 and 5 pm. My husband took off work to be available, as this was to be a big decision, as far as replacing a furnace. The service man did not show up on time nor did anyone call. I called and was told it would be another 1 to 2 hours. He arrived at 7:15 pm. Dealing with the office personal was not a good experience either from making the appointment to relaying my complaint afterward. Overall, it was very dissapointing.

THEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. THEIR PRODUCTS WERE OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. THEY CLEANED UP ANY MESSES THEY MADE, TOO. I THINK THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
