Would not ever recommend working for this company The owner was interviewed in me told her that I needed to put my two weeks notice in started job for just two days on training and she let me go without saying why. Goes to show you cant trust anyone with especially working for this company. The owner is terrible.

It was a good price.

Services were not completed well. I am still not even sure if the floors were mopped. Cupboards still had hair and food particles in them. Low hanging light fixtures were left covered in dust. Counter was not cleaned, maybe it was cleaned right when they walked in and they forgot to clean after working in there? Stove drawer left covered in crumbs. I called and left a message with my list of complaints and received no response. 
Cost $30-$35 an hour.

I thought it was my fault for not having a proper list, but Julie Warner called me the next day. The first time she said to be was, "What did they miss cleaning?" She said they had a list of what I wanted done. What they did, they did well, but they didn't do so many things on the list and also said they didn't have proper tools for the vacuum. So I had to get mine out. They were polite, but very slow! I had everything cleared off anything they had to dust. (To save time and money) Julie Warner did not offer me anything for anything they did not do. I am very disappointed in these people.

Great service.  Friendly staff, responsive owner.  Fair prices.  Scheduling information is provided ahead of time (i.e. an email is sent letting me know the ETA of the team on the day of my monthly cleaning); updates are provided as well in case team is running late or early.  Also, I was provided with a calendar of all the estimated dates of cleaning for my monthly cleaning which was very helpful as well.  Very happy with their service all around!

They are on-time and do what they promise...not much more to say as that's all I can expect.

They cleaned every square inch of the house. Did not miss a single detail. Showed up between the time they stated they would. A bit pricey but worth the money

My dad was in the hospital and my mom has not been able to clean in a long time, due to physical issues. I hired Maid Brigade to come in and clean the main living areas of the condo- a great room, dining room, small kitchen, foyer, 2 bedrooms and  2 1/2 baths. They did a wonderful job on the shower doors and tub which took some extra work. The women were very nice and got right to work. They brought all of their own equipment and supplies and got a lot done in the two hours I hired them for. The charge is $70/hour and I was afraid that 2 hours would not be enough time but they got a lot done and we were very pleased. Thank you for helping make my moms life more pleasant and ours less stressed!

I have been using Maid Brigade for almost 3 years.  Julie has always worked me into her schedule and sent me reminders with her availability which is really helpful for me because my schedule is so unpredictable. Her staff always do the best job. Unfortunately I have moved recently and can't use her services for the moment.

Julie did return my phone call in a timely manner.

I have had Maid Brigade clean our home three times now. Two women come every two weeks and bring all of the cleaning equipment and supplies. They do a wonderful job and I have no complaints about their work. The first visit was high as it was a first visit and they dusted and cleaned a few areas that are not done routinely...ie: blinds. ceiling fan. The next visit was the right proce for all of the "regular" things

...$75. The third visit I received a phone call prior to the visit and was told that the charge would be $88 because they spent one hour and 15 minutes instead of one hour. I need to get back to the manager and find out if there is something I can forgone as $75 is what I have budgeted.

They were punctual and do a great job. The teams work well together. An evaluation card is left to fill out and return with postage stamp already attacked. So far no complaints.

They were very fast and very friendly. The staff is fast in service. I think the price was very good.

Prompt arrival time, owner/manager great to deal with, no surprises in the cost and consumer (me) knows the terms and conditions up front.

I am very disappointed with the whole out come of this situation. I called them and they told me to send an email for a estimate. I sent an email and they said they were going to forward it to the corporate office to have a local office call me. I never got a phone call from either place. It was so unprofessional when they acknowledged my email and did not ever respond to it.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE HOUSE WAS SPOTLESS WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH MY THINGS AND THEY WERE VERY TRUSTWORTHY. THEY WERE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS.

I HAVE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE. THEY DO A GOOD JOB ON CLEANING MY HOUSE. THEY ARE ALSO VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
