Description of Work: This guy is a POS! Took a $8500 deposit and never started the work. Wish I would have did some homework on him. He does this all the time. He takes deposit checks to pay his bills and other people he owes money. He's constantly robbing peter to pay paul! Do your homework! This guy is a scam! He bounces checks all over town. He has several judgments and liens against him. DO NOT FALL FOR HIS BS! He is shady and will screw you! Been trying to get my money since June!

 + -1 moreRailings done piecemeal, stairs had large openings for a child or adult to get their foot caught in. Refused to come back. Had to hire another contractor to redo his job. Went to court. Magistrate agreed with me, but john casimir has never repaid me.
Description of Work: Railings on20x14 deck and stairs.
