I was interested in a vehicle I saw advertised and drove it, interested in offering fair market rate for a car that was not as advertised (dirty with more miles on it than the ad says). They said the price was firm and even though I am the primary wage earner in my family and would be financing the vehicle on my own that I really need to ask my husband's permission (as evidenced by the no less than three times I was told to). I left my contact info and continued my search, and the following Monday the salesperson contacted me to see my thoughts. I politely declined because the price, and I was once again asked if I was sure. Thanks but no thanks. The next day, the price was lowered $1,000 and the ad said "Internet price only" and "Must print out ad for deal" and the kicker "must be the first time seeing vehicle." I have never been so insulted and disgusted in my life by the pettiness of a salesperson who could have easily closed a sale that day if they negotiated with a woman.

They told me that I needed a new tire and they had to order the tire. Once the tire got in, they would call me back within a day or so. I left the dealership and an hour or two hours later, they said that they got the tire and I had to bring my car back. Well, I had to take off work. I was wondering why did they not know they had the tire, did just come in or what. I just thought that was bad. I went there before and they were okay. It was just that time I thought that was bad business that I had to take off twice in the same day. It was an employee lease so there was no cost to me. It is covered in my lease program.

The Honda Service here is competent, fair and honest. Really! They have made recommendations to us at our request for our 2003 Civic and prices are fair. They always have coupons and the woman who checks you our makes sure you get all the break you can get with the coupons. They are friendly, helpful, fast and efficient. They changed the oil, checked the fluids, fixed the door handles, and polished the headlights (which was on special) making the car look like new!
