Frank and his crew was incredibly professional and hard working. This is my first home and Frank was very kind and went out of his way to help me make the best decision for my home. I called for an estimate and within the week he was able to come out and replace my roof. I will definitely be referring friends and family to Hickson Home Inprovement.

I had recently bought a house and knew the roof needed to be re-shingled. The estimate from Hickson Home Improvement was pretty much on par with the 5 other estimates I had done. I chose them because they came highly recommended from a coworker who had her roof re-shingled by them a few years ago. Frank was very responsive to phone calls and texts, which also made my decision easier. Frank let me know that it would be a few weeks before the could schedule me, which was fine since I wasn't in a hurry. I wasn't home when the roof was re-shingled, but from my communication with Frank it was done in about 6 hours. I stopped by after work and was very impressed with how everything looked and with the great job the crew did with cleanup. I have nothing negative to say... this was a very easy process and I will certainly recommend Hickson Home Improvement to my friends and neighbors in the future.

They were probably one of the best contractors I dealt with.  They were professional.  They came and laid boards out around the entire house so that anything likes nails would fall and bounce off the boards and be away from the house.  Then they came by with magnets and swept up everything.  I think we may have found 5 or 6 nails in the whole time they did the job, they did that nice of a job.  I called him about something else to bring him out here.  He came out, looked around, and inspected everything and then dealt with the other issue that I called him out here for.  Frank is the guy's name and he's a real professional.

Everything went fine. He protected all the glass and major shrubs with plywood before starting. The crew removed the old roof and threw the old singles on tarps layed out around the house. They installed the new roof and new gutter guards (I have a lot of trees on the property) and completed the job in one day.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to hire a contractor who seems too good to be true? Well, I have and I hired him! I needed a new roof and I spent time researching any information I could find on roofs and roofing companies. After getting a number of estimates where I asked many questions, I met Frank and decided that his company, Hickson Home Improvement, would be the best fit for my project. The timeline on the day of the tear-down and re-roof was unbelievably efficient: a dumpster was placed in my driveway at 8:00AM, a cherry-picker arrived at 11:00AM and placed packs of shingles on the roof and delivered other supplies. At 1:00PM a crew of 14 men arrived with more supplies and started the job. They moved flower pots and downspouts to a safe area and were respectful of my property. The roofers worked tirelessly until the work was completed. At the end of the day they cleaned up the entire work area, The dumpster was removed from my driveway that evening. If you need a new roof and you want a fair price with guaranteed shingles and workmanship and if you want the work done quickly and to your satisfaction, I recommend Hickson Home Improvement.

He is licensed, professional and very courteous. His prices are also very fair, no haggling. I trusted him from the outset, especially since he has done numerous roofs in the neighborhood. He is very quick and efficient, of the highest quality.
