We are very happy with the work completed. Job was completed within the expected time frame of 5 days. The crew arrived promptly every day and was friendly and courteous. They even stayed a little late on the last day to make sure the work was completed before the weekend to help minimize the time our home would be disrupted. That was VERY appreciated! We made a few requests for small add-ons to the job which were able to be completed within the same time frame. Kevin was great to work with and upfront about the time and cost of added items. We would gladly use Eason Painting again.
This is a professional group of men who do their work with pride.
I recommend Kevin and his team to anyone who wants it done right and will be recommending them to family, friends and neighbors. I am extremely happy with the every aspect of the work performed
Excellent.
Kevin and his crew informed us when they would be able to paint our house well in advance of showing up. They power washed the complete house to remove dirt and chipped paint. Kevin ensured all rotted wood was removed and replaced. They ensured all areas of the house was caulked and put two coats of white paint on all of the trim. Kevin used a spray gun on our house which made the finish look great.

He and his crew were friendly, helpful with paint color suggestions and very professional.
Kevin accomadated my limited time frame and still provided excellent service.
I recommend and will use them again.
professional painting equipment. Eye for detail very careful taping hardware and prepping doors. Waited
for doors to dry before painting second coat and cleaned up area before they left. Well worth hiring these men!
A very pleasant experience! I would be proud to recommend this company to anyone!

After day 2, the drywaller said the room needed to be primed. He stated due to low light he could not see where walls had to be smoothed. It would be easier with primer. I think found several areas on the wall that had trowel lines, some as long as 3 feet (ceiling). The gentlemen removed the plastic barriers from door openings, but did not remove the plastic from the floor, and mud had dripped all over the floor both on and off the plastic drop cloths. Inspecting further I found mud splatter on my brand new windows and window frames.
I called Kevin and explained my dissatisfaction with a person who has been "in the business for 30+ years doing drywall." Kevin was very polite and apologized and stated he would send the drywall guy back out right away. I asked him though to stop by and review the quality of the work. At this point he had no interest in doing that. I felt as if he didn't care because this was such a "small" job for his company. Perhaps he didn't deem us worth his time.
At one point the guy scolded me telling me when doing mud "more isn't better." I countered, with "that is the reason I hired you sir." My wife and I decided that we would not want the same guy back, as we both felt he would have coped an attitude with us for questioning the quality of his work. We ended up skim coating all the imperfections in the drywall, some that the contractor created himself with his tools to smooth the mud.
We were quoted a job to complete finishing new drywall installation and the words "ready to be painted" was the benchmark for a completed job. The job was not "paint ready" at any point. When I we asked Kevin the owner to come review his drywall guy's workmanship, he had no interest in doing so. Which forced us to conclude we didn't care. The clean up job was horrible and I considered taking the contractor to task for messing up my brand new windows or seeking a partial refund. However, we decided to move on. Thus, we do not feel we received a fair value for a job that was never completed as promised and as a result of our experience we will not use this company again.
