I cannot begin to say enough good things about DRYCO Water Restoration. I had a flooded basement and everything had to be removed: destroyed property, tile, paneling, doors. I was relieved when Jake arrived to assess the damage. I was very appreciative of how thorough he was with an explanation of what would need to be done and what the process would entail. I received a detailed quote within 15 minutes. Once hired, they were prompt, excellent at communicating the progress of the project, and eased my mind during a very stressful situation. I would highly recommend!!

Had a flooded basement for the first time and was not sure what to do about the moldy smell. Called DryCo, talked to Jake, and he came over, clearly explained everything that needed to be done, and then him and his crew got to work. About 24 hours later the basement was clean again and the mold smell was completely gone. I hope I never have a basement flood again, but if I do, I know exactly who I am going to call.

After going through the stress of having a flood in our basement, Jake was a breath of fresh air and put our minds at ease handling the remediation of our basement. He was pleasant to deal with, flexible & timely with scheduling, fairly priced, and communicated well through the whole thing. He handled coordination with our insurance. Also, he referred us to a great plumber, H20 Plumbing, who we wished we had gone with for our plumbing needs in the first place. All around, couldn't have asked for any better. Thank you!
