The Professionalism of the installers was great, The Alarm system is also Great. These guys amaze me at where they can fish wires through. They did an awesome Job overall and We are happy with the after install service also. 2nd house we've had alarm sys installed by Act Now.

We purchased a house with existing home security alarm system. We were not sure whether we wanted to keep it, change vendors, or terminate it. We called the company and they provided us with historic information about the system, what it would do, and offered to come out and check out the system and make sure it was working and up to snuff. When Phil came out he was very polite and professional and did not try to upsell us or scare us into uppating the system which is 6 years old. After talkign to Phil and doing research online (and with Angie's list) we decided to continue the service. Phil had a technician come out to make sure everything worked and armed the system. The only glitch was in the duration of the contract. We wanted 6 months and they initially asked for a longer term commitment. After I talked to them they agreed to reduce the term and give us a trial period before deciding on a longer term. That was very helpful. So far the system is working, and overall they have been very responsive and easy to work with.

What I like about them is their service. We have to put in a code, if we don't do it right, it goes off and they call up in a few seconds, or they're all straight down. I just did that, I put in the wrong number. We had recently changed the code because we didn't want my grandmother to know what the code was.

I have used them for the last 30 years. I like that if the alarm is set off, they call immediately. They make sure everyone is ok, and they are in contact with the police.
