Long story short: was supposed to put us in contact with repair individuals for prepping property for sale. when contacts did not respond to repeated calls promised to provide more assistance since it reflects on them as a business person but has still not responded to emails. It has been weeks. $300 inspection was very cursory but thought it was worth it since he was going to help us contact reliable contractors. Now has disappeared. If we discover there has been an emergency or other mishap I will change this review. He seemed genuine when he made these promises so it is strange.

Mike was prompt, friendly, and was very responsive to all my questions. He took his time with the home inspection and did a through job. He provided a detailed and easy to follow report. He truly takes great pride in the work he does. Mike even came out after my initial inspection to ensure the AC was installed correctly since it was installed after the inspection.
