This job was a small one and Brad was one of two companies that said they'd even consider it. His was the lowest price. He was on time both days he worked and did a good job sealing the work area so there was no dust in any part of the house. He cleaned up the little dust that his sanding caused from counters and appliances. He was very accommodating in scheduling the job and the result was a very professional job. I'd use him again for other hardwood floor refinishing jobs.
