as expected fast and efficient. professional and courteous. I used this company once before in Florida and had the same great results with the crew in Michigan.

It was easy setting up a time and l liked that they gave a 2 hour window. As it was they arrived about 90 minutes late. I do not feel that it was the employees fault but the schedulers. The employees were great! Polite, efficient and responsive to my questions. I would use them again.

Even though the drivers were in Ann Arbor they fit me in on the way back past regular hours. The drivers were professional and accommodating. Had to carry the wood out to the truck and get it on top of a fairly full load. Everything worked well. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Process went very efficiently

They did a pretty good job. My standards are pretty high. I still had to clean up after they cleaned up. It's common; I'm a woman. It turned out to be more expensive than they had quoted us. They were very good about getting in touch with us. They were on time. I generally don't like it when people show up with their pants are hanging down and you can see underwear... I hate it. I do not need to see your underwear. Ever. I don't let my teenage son go around like that. I don't want to see people around my children like that. It's just too raw for me. I don't mean to be racist or classist. All kinds of people have their pants like that, no matter what their color or socioeconomic class, and I don't like it.

It worked out pretty well. We were satisfied. They were fast. IT was a good service, and a good experience.

Excellent. Guys we're prompt and worked quickly. Addionally their price is very fair. They overestimated the job initially and provided an updated lower price when the work was complete. I'd hire them over and over again. Great company, great work!!

This service is awesome, I highly recommend it. The MINI dumpsters are perfect. Drop off and pick up are easy. The customer service is also amazing. I scheduled for the wrong dates. Frantically called, and Joy was able to get me a dumpster within a couple hours. Great all around service

Everything went well. They were readily available. They came out quickly. They got the work done quickly. They actually came unexpectedly, as my appointment was for the next day. They called and asked if they could come a day earlier, and since I wasn't home, I was able to pay over the phone. All in all, it was a quick and efficient experience, and I'm a big fan of efficiency. I felt like I didn't have that much stuff in there, so the price was a little steep IMO. The job only took like 20 minutes. But it was good service, so I'll take the hit on that.

Could not have went any better. The contractor renovating our kitchen had hired a different company to drop off a dumpster. When 2 PM rolled around it became apparent that the other company was running very late or forgot about us completely. Due to strict time constraints (and our contractor angry) he decided to give Junk King a try. When we called, we spoke directly with the owner Joi who could not have been any more kind. She promised to have a dumpster there by 3:00 (even though cut off time is usually noon), and fulfilled that promise. Not only did they have a dumpster there at 2:45, the driver offered to help load the heaping pile of junk into the dumpster (without even being asked). We were charged a VERY economical price for having a dumpster there for 3 days. Not only did our contractor love working with Junk King, but also vowed to ONLY use them moving forward. Overall a great experience.

Great! Super easy to rent and very accommodating to our schedule. They even took special care to making sure they didn't damage any of my veggies in my garden while squeezing it down our super narrow driveway! Couldn't find anyone to beat their price either! Excellent service. Definitely recommend!

It went great. They came on time and the items out of our basement very efficiently and in a timely manner. They were also very courteous and businesslike.
