It went fine. She is really nice. She tries to accommodate you as best as she can. They are very hardworking. She cares about you and gives suggestions.

They arrived early, and were very pleasant - but they showed up with no vacuum! They were more than willing to go fetch one (being paid by the hour), but I said no, I'd vacuum the carpeted rooms myself later.
We talked through the job, expectations, etc., then I left.
Four hours later, I still hadn't heard from them, and when I went to the house, they were there, dawdling around.
I told them the job was done and paid them.
Nice people, but very slow-moving and inefficient. The job they did do (considering they didn't vacuum!) could have easily been performed in half the time.
Don't hire them on a hourly basis!

Sabrina responded very promptly to my email. She and Vincent came out the Saturday before Christmas and cleaned for 6 hours under very short notice. They arrived on time and started to work immediately. They did a lot of detail work and really made my house look great for the holidays. They were both very personable and worked hard the whole time. I have a lot of clutter & toys due to my young children, and they worked around it and made everything look great. Will call again!

Very detailed cleaning which was pleasantly surprising. A bit surprised that they used steel wool to clean my porcelain bath tub. Took me a while to fix that.

"We did not use steel wool to clean tub. One of the cleaning solutions we used stained her tub so I used bleach and a brillow bad to try to get stain out."

It went very well. They were prompt and very thorough. In every room that the she cleaned, she cleaned the window sills, the windows, the tracks of the closet doors, and underneath the rugs. It was just a very thorough job. I would definitely recommend them and I plan on having them back in my own home.

After my cleaning lady of 11 years quit. It was hard to start over. Hola LLC is wonderful. Hola cleans under lamps, moves everything off the counters to clean, washes floors on hands and knees. Does baseboards every week to avoid build up. When i was sick they offered to come back the next day and finishing cleaning so i could rest peacefully
