I like doctor Mann and their staff. They are professional and go the extra mile.

There was no improvement our dog seemed to be getting worse, we took him back four days later he drained fluid from him and told us to keep him on his medication.
I was concerned as I felt our dog was in pain and in much discomfort but was assured that was not the case. We just needed to keep him on the meds and call in a couple of days.
Our dog died 24 hours later.
I took him to the humane society in Rochester, Michigan to have him cremated.
I was not taking him back to a place that just didn't seem to realize how sick he really was.

Was the best but hamilton retired . Too secret over change over and would prefer to go someplace else. Above survey done on new owner. Previous owner would get all a's. Also got rid of experienced employee.

We have been going to Hamilton Animal Hospital for more than 20 years. The doctor is everything you want in a vet. He is knowledgeable, has a good personality and is reasonably priced. He is fantastic and loves animals. You will not be disappointed if you take your pet there. He also does house calls for farm animals. We have moved house twice but we still make the drive to see him and him only. It is like getting a family doctor. and lsquo;A's across the board and I will continue using his services.

The older cat was experiencing hair loss, etc.and the doctor told me that it could be fleas. He could find no evidence of fleas on either cat and I could confirm that there weren't any in the house. I thought that maybe the younger cat was beating up the older one. The doctor gave her shots on previous occasions that would last about three weeks. Her hair would start to come back then she would start itching again. I discovered through a customer of mine that his dog experienced the same thing and they switched him to a 'natural' food diet. I tried it, and within days, she stopped itching and all her hair grew back. I expressed this discovery to the vet and he ignored it, insisting that she must have fleas and to bring her back in August and he would treat her. She hasn't had any hair loss or itching since I switched her diet and I have never gone back to that doctor.

I had taken her to a lot of other veterinarians over a span of time and they just prescribed drops that didn't seem to help. This vet was very understanding and listened to my concerns. They did x-rays to find out what the problem was and scheduled her for surgery the next day. She went in for a post opt check up and got prescription medicine also. he hasn't had any problems since.
