Foam N More and Upholstery

Foam King mattress was made for me and my 2 kids got full size mattresses. Working here at Foam N' More I was familiar with all the foam types, even could lay on examples to see which one I love the most. Offering memory and latex toppers and a virality of core soft, medium and firm firmness's. Even got it with a cover. I order 2" thick memory foam with high density premium foam.

DO NOT shop with this company. I ordered 100 pieces of acoustic foam, after the recommendation from some friends. Half of it is nearing 1 1/2 inches off in length. The designs don’t even match up. Even the corner traps are off center. They offered to reimburse me half of my shipping costs. Unacceptable…

EASILY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A STORE. Foam N More DAMAGED (beyond use) all three of my chairs. I gave them three seat cushions from vintage Knoll chairs. Each cushion has a metal bottom with 6 brackets. The brackets are soldered to the metal base. Foam n More Broke SEVEN of 18 brackets. Yes, 7 of 18. Six of the seven were completely missing. The 7th was loosely attached to hide damage. As a result I cannot properly attach the seats to the frames....they shift when you sit down. What was even more disturbing was the fact that the company was completely Unapologetic. No remorse, no apology, no suggestion of a refund - NOTHING. They couldn't care less. When I told them about the missing brackets they had me walk to the workshop area and discuss it with the person who worked on my seats. He vaguely remembered some pieces on his desk and spent a few minutes looking for them. After a few minutes he simply walked away from me and his work area. I thought he was simply looking elsewhere. As it turns out, he simply got sick of looking and just walked away without telling me why!!! Absolutely INSANE. So, I now have Three antique Knoll dining room chairs that I can no longer sit in until I buy the appropriate tools in hopes that I can fix these. Furthermore, the seam on the reupholstered chair back I had them do is totally UNEVEN. It looks like CRAP. Lastly, they told me the cushions would be done in 3-4 weeks and it took nearly 5 weeks.

Foam and More reupholstered 2 chairs and a large ottoman for us. They were very responsive and helpful with my RFQ. I checked out several other places and then looked at the workmanship of all 3. Foam and More were selected based on their price and the quality of work we saw in there shop. I dealt with Megan at F&M. She was very professional & helpful. They were right on time with both the pickup and delivery. The workmanship looks great. The only downside; our chairs were down filled. F&M did not use any down, and the chairs are no longer comfortable. Also, F&M told me how much material I would need. I purchased (ordering 15% extra) and sent it along with the chairs. F&M called me when the chairs were done and told me they didn't have enough material to do the ottoman. Luckily, I was able to get the same material, same dye lot from the company I originally purchased the fabric from. I'm going to call Megan about the down filling. If all goes well, I'll be editing my review. I'd definitely hire them again.

This company reupholstered a sofa for me a couple of months ago, and they did a wonderful job.  The sofa was completed in a short amount of time, I was very impressed by the work and the time frame it was completed in. The staff was very friendly and professional, they made this experience even better.  I am looking forward to complete some other projects with this company.
