It went and continues to go very well! I have been with Critters Choice for going on 2 years, The service and professionalism is superb! They (LuAnn) can be counted on to go over and beyond in their service. They are reliable and have never turned me down for service. The pricing is also fair. I highly recommend Critters Choice for pet sitting services.

LuAnn was very professional and friendly! She was punctual and very thorough when we went over care instructions and how to contact me and my emergency contacts while I was away. She provided enthusiastic updates when requested. I had never used a professional pet-sitter before, usually relying on friends and family. LuAnn and Critters Choice was a great introduction into professional pet-sitting. I would definitely turn to Critters Choice again for future pet-sitting needs!

I would recommend LuAnn's pet sitting services to anyone, she is amazingly professional - always reliable, available, punctual, communicative, thorough, and very caring. Her rates are also very affordable. Most importantly, LuAnn loves animals, and this is evident in her work, in how she runs her business and how she connects with the animals and interacts with them. She really thinks ahead to cover all the bases, she requests detailed instructions on the pets and accessing the home in order to make sure she's able to do the job well and on time. With my situation, she didn't have as much experience with rabbits when I first hired her, but she loved them from the start and learned very quickly. She has a passion for animals, and takes good care of her customers. She's a sweet lady and an absolute pleasure to hire as a pet sitter, and I'm looking forward to hiring her again one day when I move back to the Royal Oak area:)

I am extremely happy with the service I received from LuAnn at Critters Choice.  She responded quickly to my initial phone call and scheduled a meet and greet right away.  She took me through the paperwork and pricing in a professional manner.  Once that was established I engaged her to walk my 10-yr old Papillon Rascal for several days so they could get to know each other prior to the overnight stay.  Rascal liked her right away and left the house for his walk as happy as could be.  Since this was our first booking I requested that LuAnn text me when she reached the house each night while I was out of town which she did.  Rascal was happy and healthy when I got home from my trip.  I will definitely use Critters Choice for future pet sitting needs.

Luanne is very professional, conscientious, and communicative. She cam over before we went away to meet the dog, check out our home - where we keep the dog food, leash, dog toys, etc. (even checking to see where the fuse box is in case of blown fuse). She also discussed our responsibilities and hers, so everything was clear. We are very pleased to have such a competent dog sitter for our sensitive pet.

LuAnn came to the house in advance. She had a contract that gave me the understanding on what to expect. She had me walk her around the house to understand the alarm system and to know where everything would be that she would need. We are in a gated community where i needed to let her in through my cell phone. it wasn't the point but it did give me proof positive when she came and it was exactly as we had set it up. I highly recommend the service.

The owner is Luann and she is great. She is very accommodating. We have six cats and she doesn't charge us anymore whether we had one or six. Her prices are very reasonable.
