Fast work. Prompt arrival. Fast work by tech with many years experience. Popped latch out with one strategic tap of tools. The issue (and reason for not all high marks) is that service call price quoted up front differs substantially. Just know you are going to pay a service fee/service call 3 times higher than indicated on phone. And the lock price quoted was about 400% markup. (Two other locks available in truck were higher. Tech indicated they are not gonna stock low-end locks. I think he meant the price, not the lock; Kwikset isn't known for being high-end from what I read.) Granted, the tech lumped it all together which makes it appear like a savings. But if you are expecting a $30 service call & a $35 lock to be marked up by, say, 50%, for $70...plus .5 hour labor (say @ $80/hr) = $140....just know the quoted price was $220+$15 = $235 for a job that should probably go for about $140-$150. Other than being pricey, the job was completed fast.
