SYSTEMATIC HEATING & COOLING

Jason installed our furnace. We later discovered high levels of carbon monoxide. I attempted to call their office several times to have him fix the issue, but they wouldn't return my calls. If you care about your safety, avoid this company and look for someone more reliable that stands behind their workmanship. I will update this review if anything changes.

I?ve been satisfied with them for the most part. I still shop around because I think their prices could be better. They are close by and we usually come to an agreement eventually. I?ve had to replace air conditioning units on my building and I felt that they could have given me a better price so I used another company. It turns out, the other company did the work for the price they quoted me then turned around and told me that they didn?t know if they could warrant the work because of an air pressure problem; they tried to take advantage of me so I won?t use them anymore. I will continue to use Systematic.

Buyer's Inspector had some issues with furnace condition. Systematic came out promptly and thoroughly inspected furnace inside and out. Spotted two minor flaws that inspector missed, but confirmed that furnace was in very good condition. Had to order parts to repair duct and replaced humidifier filter. Said it would take a week and actually took 10 days. I am not easy to please, but the friendliness and professionalism (yes you can have both!) of both the service technician and the office (I needed copies of report and repair invoce for buyer) was outstanding.

Very good service. Clean. Informative. I felt very good with the outcome as I had researched the problem beforehand and knew what the only possible solutions were beforehand. The service technician was very good and informative. I would definitely recommend this company as straight-shooters that perform quality work.
