Roofing & Beyond is a local family-owned company located in Clarkston, MI. We've been serving Michigan area residents of Oakland County since 2012, specializing in roof replacement and roof repair services. The owner (Justin Trigalet) is a resident of Clarkston, MI and is actively involved in the daily business activities. We are registered with the State of Michigan as a Licensed Residential Builder (license #2102208951) and carry all necessary Workers Compensation and General Liability Insurance. Copies of both documents are included in a presentation folder at each appointment for peace of mind. Very impressed with Roofing and Beyond. We had our leaking roof replaced recently by them and it was a great experience. Justin is extremely professional. There was excellent communication throughout the entire project. We always knew what to expect and where they were at with everything ahead of time. The cost was reasonable as well. The work was very efficient and the project moved fast due to the organization on their part. The cleanup was great- it was even double checked to make sure nothing was left behind and everything was cleaned up. I would highly recommend Roofing and Beyond and Justin in general. I wish every contractor could be like this. Justin has the business background and great communication skills that lack with a lot of other contracting businesses.

They did a very nice job. Justin provided a compete inspection and estimates for three different alternatives. The estimates were very competitive, in fact lower than one of the three contractors I obtained estimates from. I felt Roofing and Beyond offered the value. I opted for a shingle on the high end of the spectrum and with the color I selected, it looks great. I feel the materials were top quality. The job was completed in 2 and 1/2 days, so there was little impact on the household. I have a 2000 square foot ranch and it has numerous peaks and valleys with a pretty steep pitch, so they worked very hard to complete the job in that time frame. The crew showed up promptly at 7 am each day. They were very meticulous and very conscientious in completing their work. All work, including the installation of the sky lights was very professional with high quality. Justin and the crew were very easy to work with.

It went just fine. Justin was amazingly helpful, responsive, timely and professional. We were away when our roof leaked & had to do everything long distance. He tarped the roof & made sure that we were ok while away. He couldn't do the roof while we were away, but came over as soon as we returned & when the weather improved started/completed the roof and cleaned up everything in 4 days. I literally picked him because of the personal attention to my concerns & his timely responsiveness. I would use him again, but the roof is guaranteed for 10 years!

From the initial meeting up to the install Justin and his team were very professional. The arrived on time and would ask if there was any questions. During the initial meeting Justin arrived at the house and provided an estimate and was very informative on the two options. On the day of the install his team arrived on time and finished the project around 6 pm. They did a very good job cleaning up and the next morning Justin came by to pick up the leftover parts and did another sweep of the property to clean up anything left behind. I was very pleased with how roofing and beyond handle my roof installation and would definitely hire them again.

We started looking for someone to do the job. Family members suggested that we look on Angie’s List for someone in our area and we found Roofing & Beyond. Called and requested a quote (along with others) and Justin looked the job over and got up on the roof to inspect exactly what was needed. Quote was completely detailed and given. We excepted his quote and job was scheduled. Had one minor delay, but was fine with us and he was prompt in notifying us. Was only a couple days. His crew arrived and went to work. They were very careful to completely cover and protect all the flowers and shrubs. This made my wife very happy. They even carefully removed a little birdbath she has had for years. Deck furniture was moved out of harms way and then drop tarps put down. The entire job was completed very quickly and entire site cleaned and “policed” for anything leftover. The crew was totally self contained and well equipped for the job. There was nothing required by us. Very pleased with the job and effort his crew performed. Justin again inspected the completed job. We are completely satisfied with their work!!

After 14 years In November, I had a new roof put on my house. They removed the old roof without damaging my gardens and cleaned up after themselves. They worked efficiently, and my new roof looks awesome. Justin came and looked at the roof, sent me an estimate, and I hired his crew. The cost was $8,000 which was similar to the other estimates I received. In March I had a critter (raccoon, I think) who chewed a hole through the wood where they had placed a metal sleeve to prevent critters. After I called Justin, he promptly came out and fixed it. Even better, he did not charge me. Unheard of in this day and age. I will be using this company again for further repairs.

From the quotes to the end of the job and clean up, things went very good, no issues, all the work was performed and few extra's were added on to repair some bad gutter under boards and additional ventilation.

I contacted Roofing & Beyond after another roofing vendor was unable to complete what should have been a simple quote process and coordination with my insurance company. Since this was now an urgent matter as the roof was leaking from storm damage, the team at Roofing & Beyond quickly scheduled the on-site evaluation and estimate. Justin from Roofing & Beyond provided an official quote with proper segmentation, including my insurance company’s requirements, and got our roof on the schedule. Throughout the work process the whole crew was courteous, professional, and extremely focused on attention to detail. Their daily cleanup was immaculate including removing of all debris, sweeping the work area with magnets to ensure no nails were left behind, storing their equipment out of sight, and performing a final walkthrough. They were also mindful of our home’s landscaping and there was absolutely no damage to any of our existing plants. The quality of their work was excellent; the shingles were of high quality and installed in straight lines, and they used 5 nails per shingle, which will be a huge improvement from our previous 3-nail shingled roof. Justin did a follow-up after the job was complete to ensure all of our expectations were met, and the crew did a final walkthrough after all their equipment was removed. We had an excellent experience with Roofing & Beyond, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for their roofing needs!

Justin and his team were able to cut and reuse some of the original siding and then used extra siding that I had laying around, which minimized the color difference between the undamaged siding and the repaired location. They even took care of a leaky exhaust vent on my roof for a minimal fee. I was unable to be there when the team were doing the repairs, but Justin kept me up to date with text messages and even sent me pictures of both before and after of the siding and roof vent repairs. I was very impressed with Justin's responsiveness and professionalism, and I will definitely hire them again.

This company has it going on. They made it EASY to set up an estimate and repair (excellent and convenient communication via phone, text, and e-mail, including a .pdf of the estimate). As nice as it is to work with a company that uses technology to make my life easier, it is the traditional values embodied by Roofing & Beyond that will have me going back to them for ALL my roofing needs: Craftsmanship, Value, Reliability, and Respect. I did not have my roof replaced, but I was made to feel like I was the most important customer in the queue. Simply one of the best service companies with whom I have had the PLEASURE of working.

I contacted Justin at Roofing & Beyond to install new skylights after they were removed during a roof replacement job done by Hansons. Justin came to the house, explained my options and gave me a no-pressure estimate. He is personable, professional, and trustworthy. He was able to work with my schedule and complete the job in a timely manner. Justin and his crew did exactly what they promised with no surprise charges or delays. They did a great job. I wish I had contacted them to do the entire roofing job.

Crew was awesome, they got here at 8am and were done by 11:30am. Very professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable, I had asked some questions about whys and hows, and got educated answers. Justin, the owner, was totally awesome!! He had come out in March to give me an estimate on the house and the garage roofs. I had called Justin due to problems I was and still am, having with the contractor working on the exterior of the house and who was also suppose to do the roof. The work on the house is still not done and the house roof can't be done until the dormers on the house are done. BUT, in the meantime, the garage roof was leaking very badly. So I called Justin back to see if he could give me an estimate on just the garage. He came out with the estimate on July 23 and the crew was here on July 28 to do the work!! Justin also took the time to listen to me and what had been going on. Also very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very helpful!!! I will definitely have him back to do the house roof as soon as it is possible. Justin has definitely restored my faith in contractors!!

We were very happy with the experience of using Justin's company. Roofing and Beyond had just put a roof on our neighbors home and they were very satisfied with the job that was done. Justin met with us ahead of time to give an estimate and go over what would be covered. The crew showed up just after 7am on the day they had promised. The job took two days to complete. The crew was very polite and they did a good job of cleaning up when the job was done. They also moved our gazebo off the back deck and several flower pots to get them out of harms way without prompting. We had gotten a quote from another company and Roofing and Beyond was a couple thousand less.
