I had a great experience with Paul's Carpet Shine. He was available, on time the day of service, fast and very reasonable. I wasn't sure who to call since the area was new to me and I came across Paul's Carpet Shine while searching on Google. I got in touch with Paul right away and got my appointment scheduled. He arrived just when he said he would and went about the house quickly yet thoroughly. My carpets look and smell MUCH better. I found his prices very reasonable compared to what I thought I would end up spending. Paul was also very nice and personable. I highly recommend.
