Morgans called me after inspecting my car a Saturn ION and told me that the spark plugs and front bearing needed to be replaced that was yesterday 1/28/14 the cost would be $ 550.00. Today 1/29/14 Scott the head mechanic called this morning and said that the ignition coil needed to replaced which cost additional 200.00 which was not agreed to in the beginning price. I told Scott to go ahead and replace it and he told me that he had already replaced it, even though I have not agreed to the additional work. I will not be going back to this garage because they don't stand stand behind initial quoted prices.

They had the car for only 36 hours in the midst of one of the severest cold snaps in recent history, meaning they were busy with quite a few vehicles that were and quot;not startingand quot;. They diagnosed that the car was merely flooded and that the battery was fine but the plugs were making it difficult to catch the initial ignition and were the source of my recent momentary loss of power instances during the first 5 miles of travel at highway speeds.

Inspected the brakes and found there was no need for them to be replaced.

Morgan Service is very professional and went above and beyond what I expected. They stood behind there workmanship and was very impressed.

They pretty much do anything on the car, any mechanical repair. They're very reliable, very fair and honest. I've always been very pleased with the quality of their work.
