Excellent attention to detail. MLC crew is very professional and keeps mess to minimum. Sam Moraco has a great vision for historic home remodel and will work with you to accomplish what you are looking for. He will take your ideas, make them happen and make suggestions to complete your project at a reasonable price and improve on your own design ideas. I've already enlisted MLC for next project currently in planning stages.

The owner, Sam, met with me first to discuss what my goal was and then went over options to stay within my set budget. He set up the date for the work to begin and stuck to the timeline. His employees were friendly, efficient and very clean - always laying down paper throughout the house. The owner was available anytime I contacted him with questions and the work was completed quickly with excellent results! I will definitely have this company take care of further renovations to my home.

He specializes in older homes. They are extremely professsional. They put tarp down every the work. He is a joy to work with. Does a great job at getting the home back to the time
