Very friendly team with outstanding communication

I wanted to share my experience with my recent roof replacement. I don't know anything about roofing so I started where most of us do with Google searches and community pages. I ended up getting 4 quotes from local companies and all seemed trustworthy and genuine but my experience with MI Roof Pro stood out and gave me the confidence I needed to make my decision. From there it only got better. Excellent communication, with quick replies with every question I had. The install was amazing. They said they would be there at 7. The crew showed up at 6:55 and were on the roof working at 7 sharp and literally did not stop until they were done. I wish that all of my home improvement experiences were like this. Kudos to Elyssa and Reese for doing things the right way!

We had an urgent problem as raccoons chewed a hole in the roof of the second story of our garage where we maintain an art studio. This hole was in an area of the roof not viewable from the ground and was only discovered when rain caused a two foot square section of the studio ceiling to collapse leaving a view of the open sky. Mi Roof Pro visited and gave us a quote on a Thursday and a crew came and replaced the entire roof (which was itself old) on the following Tuesday. This crew worked from 7:00 AM until 8:00 PM stopping only for about 40 minutes when it rained heavily. Can’t say enough about the service and the workmanship out of their Traverse City office.
