Was promised a lot of things, perfection was one of them. What I ended up with was a messy execution of a kitchen job. Grout missing in several places, tile done so that electrical outlet covers would not fit back on and water leaking through my basement ceiling resulting in having to hire a plumber to come do repairs after they left. I wanted to love this job and service, but unfortunately, I would not recommend or hire again.

What a wonderful company to work with! Rob torn down a 40 year old deck and strange greenhouse. He had the vision of what could be done and it turned out beautiful. Rob and Chris started the job, stayed and finished it quickly. We are extremely happy with his work. They left the job site clean and neat. The deck and pavers are wonderful, and will probably outlast the house. We highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

This company is fabulous. Rob is organized and professional. He planned and completed this job in record time. I needed this deck done before I could move in to provide a place for my dachshunds and he was ahead of the game. Would I recommend Laingcraft? Yes and yes!

Rob was very professional as was his assistant, Chris. We are very, very pleased with our new deck. It far surpassed our expectations. Great custom work, Rob created a unique bathroom that was exactly what I wanted. Terrific custom woodwork, lovely tile work.

I feel that Rob from Laingcraft LLC did a great job for me and would use his services again in the future. He called and we discussed the small project that I needed to have done, he was able to do the work and the price was very reasonable. I would reccommend his company to anyone needing something done. He cut some cermanic tile pieces for me for a project that my husband has started, but did not have the knowledge or tools to finish. And any of the other places that handled the tile, did not know or would not do what we needed to do. Rob, took on the challenge and completed it in record time.

The flooring that was installed is buckling and looks wavy everywhere. The recommended install called for gluing the floor down being it is 5/16 Brazilian walnut which was not done...instead it was stapled in my opinion incorrectly. His solution to my buckling and waviness he said is to face nail all the areas coming up! I am not pleased with this solution nor the way my floor looks.

Very attentative to customers needs. Looks out for the client, and makes sure the driveways are plowed throughly. Reasonable rates and professional service.
