They were punctual and professional. Worked quickly and was done in less than an hour. He even wore the little carpet protector booties when he came in. Nice guy. Will I think was his name.

The service was great. The scheduling was a bit confusing as I was given a service time of 3pm, and when I called at 315pm, I was told that my window was 3p-5p. This was not clear at all when the appointment was made, however, luckily the guy was on his way when I called and arrived by 330p. Once there the service was great!!!

Technician explained in detail preventative maintenance techniques for me the home owner. He walked me through the 20 point inspection process and told me my AC unit was in good working order without trying to sell me unnecessary extras. Great overall experience.

Purchased inspection through Angie's List.  Arrived on time for appointment.  Very courteous and professional.
Changed the filter and cleaned the AC unit.  Recommended to have an electrician look at the lock box.
I would certainly call the back for any HVAC work.

Everything went well, as expected. The new igniter was not the best quality one on the market but served its purpose. They charged me $79 for a $30~$40 igniter but maybe the extra labor also played a role here and I had no complain about that.

Punctual, courteous, professional, efficient.  We had expected we may need some extra repairs or worn part replacements beyond the standard tune-up service in these older units, but everything worked properly and checked out well.  Technician pointed out things he noticed that we might want to adjust later or keep from becoming a problem in the future.  Took the extra step of adding another screw to the top of the A/C unit to stop rattling. Will definitely call company again and schedule tune-up for parent's house as well.

Climbed into our attic to evaluate blower fan in our attic furnace to replace filter (I had previously purchased).  Cleaned, inspected A/C unit.  Actually found a nest for mice which he removed (no damage caused by them, fortunately).   Courteous and professional.

He arrived on time and performed a check of the furnace and found that our mainboard had shorted out due to water damage from the flood.   He provided us the cost and after approval he called around and found the board in stock at a local store near our home allowing him to install on the same day., We could not have asked for a more speedy and professional install.
