Green Mechanical, LLC

I called Green Mechanical on a Monday and spoke with Nick, the owner.  I explained that our furnace was leaking water when the central air was on.  He said he would come Tuesday morning to take a look at it.  He never showed up or called me on Tuesday.  I called him Tuesday afternoon and left a voice mail asking when he was going to show up.  He ended up calling me Wednesday morning but didn't give me a reason as to why he didn't show up or call me the day he was scheduled for.  He asked if I still wanted him to come out and look at the furnace and I said yes.  He showed up that afternoon (Wednesday) and took a look at the problem.  After checking out the furnace, Nick told me he didn't know why it was leaking and that the problem might go away on its own.  He said to wait a week and if it was still leaking, to call him and he would come out and look at it again.  He charged me $74.  So I paid $74 for someone to show up a day late and then fail to diagnose why I had a puddle of water on my basement floor.

I called a different heating and cooling company the next day.  The second company showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and then fixed the problem.  And the charge was $109.  I would have saved time and money had I not called Green Mechanical and instead just called the other company.
