hardwood floor
+ -1 morePrompt and efficient, returns phone calls. No up-front money requested. The floor is very old and has some stains and bad patches, but it came out looking beautiful! The repair that DuCharme made was performed expertly and this company certainly could build or replace an entire hardwood floor from scratch.
Description of Work: Finished 306 square feet of original hardwood flooring, including removal old carpet in about 100 square feet of the area, and repair of one surprise plywood patch (about 10 sq ft) that was underneath the old carpet. Sanding, stain, and urethane coating (two coats). Consultation with owner at each step. Two men working for about two days, but spread over three days due to drying time for finish.
