+ -1 moreGreat to work with as long as they remain unpaid! Several construction problems were identified after final payment and moving into the home. The builder does not return phone calls or emails to follow up on problems. Example: Prints were less than 50% complete, Drywall has cracks and nail pops, caulking incomplete, paint incomplete and poor quality, doors falling apart, floor unstable and shakes and the list goes on! Buyer beware, hire a real professional and that is not Crest Homes!

+ -1 moreOur experience with them so far has been phenomenal. I like that we get personal attention and that they take the time to talk us through each and every step of the building process. We would continue to work with them.
Description of Work: We used Crest Homes Real Estate & Co. We started to design plans for our home and then kind of got bogged down with signing of the properties, so it has been at least a month since we have met with the builder.

+ 0 moreExcellent. Met (exceeded) deadlines. Kept us informed at all times, everything was left clean, helpful with decisions, have not had any problems with the home and if we have had questions or issues, Crest has been good to respond and help us out. If we ever build again, will use Crest.

+ -1 moreDave at Crest Homes was unresponsive. He mislead us in terms of cost for items, that we were left to complete after his work was done.
Description of Work: We bought a home which was finished by Crest Homes, started by another contractor. In fairness, the prior contractor did not leave a well done home. However, Crest Homes was our contact. They finished the house for the owner. They were our contact (as the buyers) for all inspection items that needed to be resolved.

+ -1 moreTHE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THEY ARE A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE COMPANY DRIVEN BY DETAIL. THEY LEAVE A CLEAN JOB SITE EVERY DAY AFTER WORK AND THERE ARE NO TRIP HAZARDS. THE EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE TO ANY QUESTIONS ASKED.
