Great to work with as long as they remain unpaid!  Several construction problems were identified after final payment and moving into the home.  The builder does not return phone calls or emails to follow up on problems.  Example:  Prints were less than 50% complete, Drywall has cracks and nail pops, caulking incomplete, paint incomplete and poor quality, doors falling apart, floor unstable and shakes and the list goes on!  
Buyer beware, hire a real professional and that is not Crest Homes!

Excellent. Met (exceeded) deadlines. Kept us informed at all times, everything was left clean, helpful with decisions, have not had any problems with the home and if we have had questions or issues, Crest has been good to respond and help us out. If we ever build again, will use Crest.

Dave at Crest Homes was unresponsive. He mislead us in terms of cost for items, that we were left to complete after his work was done.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THEY ARE A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE COMPANY DRIVEN BY DETAIL. THEY LEAVE A CLEAN JOB SITE EVERY DAY AFTER WORK AND THERE ARE NO TRIP HAZARDS. THE EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE TO ANY QUESTIONS ASKED.
