 + -1 moreAfter nearly 18 months it is STILL not finished & we have a lien on our house because Dave hasn't paid a vendor even after we naively paid him everything, even well over the contract price, he didn't pay the vendors we gave him money to pay. I cannot say anything good about Crest, even their 'design' people, our laundry is a total mess.
Description of Work: Remodel our house plus a bathroom addition.

 + 0 moreInitially everything went well. Problems started after moving into the house. The builder took care of some of the minor problems but will not respond to emails outlining existing problems that need to be corrected, broken and missing grout, floating floors, loose siding, broken doors, peeling paint, unfinished trim, and falling drywall). Blue prints were never completed. This list is not inclusive of all problems that require attention.
