I paid a handyman to have it spread in a thin layer to low areas around my yard and rake it in so grass could come through. The product delivered was basically full of clay which dried to a hard crust and small rock-like balls. It killed all the existing grass resulting in large patches of clay. Kevin refused to address the issue in any way that would rectify the damage. I worked on this for 2 summers and still have large bare patches of clay and seed will not grow in it. Repair estimates from local landscapers are $500 -$700.
Description of Work: I purchased delivery of what was supposed to be 3 cubic yards of screened topsoil. The product delivered looked goof when unloaded but it have a large amount of clay which dried to a hard crust and small rock-like balls. It killed all the existing grass. Kevin sent workers out why verified that there was a problem. Eventually I asked that the remaining pile of clay be removed from my yard. They did come and remove most of the remaining pile. However, that did not address the larger issue of the damage done by the clay nor a process for getting rid of it throughout the yard.
